Yokohama Chicken
- 2 cans beer
- 5 lbs. chicken thighs
- Salt, to taste
Sauce:
- 1/2 c. shoyu
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Salt chicken.
- Soak in beer for 2 hours.
- Drain chicken.
- Bake in oven for 1 hour at 325°.
- Soak in sauce for 2-3 hours.
- Bar-b-que chicken.
NOTE: Good for picnics. Baking the chicken prevents the chance of undercooking the chicken on the grill.
