Yokohama Chicken

  • 2 cans beer
  • 5 lbs. chicken thighs
  • Salt, to taste

Sauce:

  • 1/2 c. shoyu
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  1. Salt chicken.
  2. Soak in beer for 2 hours.
  3. Drain chicken.
  4. Bake in oven for 1 hour at 325°.
  5. Soak in sauce for 2-3 hours.
  6. Bar-b-que chicken.

NOTE: Good for picnics. Baking the chicken prevents the chance of undercooking the chicken on the grill.
