Yudofu With Goma Miso (Cooked Tofu With Goma Miso Sauce)

SERVINGS 4
- 1 tofu, cut in 4 pieces
- 1 tablespoon katakuri
Mix katakuri in 1/4 cup water and stir into 6 cups boiling water. Add tofu pieces and cook slowly until heated through. Remove tofu, place in a small bowl, and serve with goma miso.
Goma Miso:
- 2 tablespoons pan roasted goma (sesame seeds)
- 6 tablespoons miso
- 4 tablespoons stock (shrimp or katsuobushi)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon gourmet powder
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
