Yum Yum Bacon

Pan Size: Jelly roll pan
Baking Time: 1 hour
Temperature: 250°
Yields: 10-12 pieces

  • 2 lbs. thick sliced bacon
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
  1. Place bacon slices in a single layer in a shallow pan.
  2. Combine brown sugar and dry mustard and sprinkle mixture over bacon slices.
  3. Bake at 250° for 1 hour.
  4. Drain; cut into desired pieces with kitchen shears.

NOTE: May be served as an appetizer or even brunch.
