Your Best Chicken
- Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
- Cornstarch
- Oil
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Coat in cornstarch and pan fry until thoroughly cooked.
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Shoyu
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- Toasted Sesame Seeds (Goma)
- Green Onion
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Dip chicken in sauce and serve.
