Toffee Bars

Pan Size: Jelly Roll Pan
Baking Time: 25 minutes
Temperature: 350°

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 6 oz. chocolate chips
  1. Cream the butter and sugar.
  2. Add the vanilla.
  3. Beat in the flour and mix well.
  4. Add the nuts and chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Press into a greased jelly roll pan and bake.
  6. Cut into bars while still warm.
  7. Take out from pan when cool.
