Wrapped Tuna Sushi
- 1 can tuna, oil packed, 9 1/4 oz. size, drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Ajinomoto
- 2 eggs
- Ajitsuke Nori
Filling:
- Combine tuna, salt, pepper, soy sauce and Ajinomoto in skillet.
- Cook over medium flame for 1/2 minute while mixing with chopsticks.
- Drop eggs into mixture, stirring well.
- Turn down flame and continue to cook for a few minutes until the eggs are cooked and fluffy.
Each person makes his own sushi. On each plate, serve plain rice and small squares of ajitsuke nori. Each person takes a nori in his hand; places about a tablespoon of rice on it then about 1/2 tsp of egg mixture on the rice; folds the nori around it and eats it.
