Mochiko Chicken
- 3 1/2 lb. chicken wings
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 tbsp. mochiko
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 5 tsp. shoyu
- 1/2 tsp. Ajinomoto
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
- Oil for frying
- Combine all ingredients except chicken wings and mix well.
- Add wings and soak for at least 2 hours.
- Mix chicken wings every now and then.
- Deep fry.
NOTE: May use deboned thighs in place of wings.
