Baked Mayonnaise Chicken
- 2-3 lbs. chicken, cut up into serving pieces
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dash of Pepper
- Dash of Ajinomoto
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. corn flakes, crushed
- Wash and dry chicken.
- Combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, Ajinomoto, and garlic salt.
- Coat chicken with above mixture and roll in crushed corn flakes.
- Bake at 400° for 45 minutes. Lower temperature to 350° about 20 minutes before end of baking time.
