Baked Mayonnaise Chicken

  • 2-3 lbs. chicken, cut up into serving pieces
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • Dash of Ajinomoto
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 c. corn flakes, crushed
  1. Wash and dry chicken.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, salt, pepper, Ajinomoto, and garlic salt.
  3. Coat chicken with above mixture and roll in crushed corn flakes.
  4. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes. Lower temperature to 350° about 20 minutes before end of baking time.
