Korean Kalbi
- 3 lbs. rib eye, short ribs, or flank steak
Sauce:
- 1 c. shoyu
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. sesame seed oil
- 5 tbsp. sesame seed, ground
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- Black pepper to taste
- 5 tbsp. garlic, chopped
- Combine all sauce ingredients.
- Let meat stand for several hours in sauce.
- Broil over charcoal.
