Korean Kalbi

  • 3 lbs. rib eye, short ribs, or flank steak

Sauce:

  • 1 c. shoyu
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed oil
  • 5 tbsp. sesame seed, ground
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 5 tbsp. garlic, chopped
  1. Combine all sauce ingredients.
  2. Let meat stand for several hours in sauce.
  3. Broil over charcoal.
