Beef Tempura
- 3 lbs. teriyaki beef
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 tbsp. mochiko
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. shoyu
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. Ajinomoto
- 2 tbsp. round onion, grated
- Mix all the ingredients (except the meat) together.
- Place the meat in and mix well.
- Soak overnight.
- Fry in about 4 tbsp. of oil till brown.
