Teriyaki Meat

  • 1 lb. teriyaki meat, sliced

Sauce:

  • 1/2 c. shoyu
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ajinomoto
  • 1 piece ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  1. Mix all sauce ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Soak meat in sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Broil.
