Fried Dried Noodles
- 4 lbs. Noodles (chow mein)
- 1/2 c. oyster sauce (yellow cap)
- 1/4 c. shoyu
- 1/4 c. sesame seed oil
- 4 tbsp. sesame seed
- Salt, to taste
- Ajinomoto, to taste
- 2 pkgs. beansprouts
- 1 c. string beans, sliced
- 1 c. carrots, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 lb. char siu, match stick slices
- 1 bunch Chinese parsley
- Put noodles in oven to heat just a little.
- Pour oyster sauce on noodles and toss.
- Lightly pan fry vegetables and season with a dash of salt and Ajinomoto.
- Combine vegetables with noodles; add char siu and sesame seed.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake in 325° oven for 20-30 minutes.
- Garnish with Chinese parsley.
