More (Hamburger Casserole)
Baking Time: 30-45 minutes
Temperature: 350°
- 1 15 oz. macaroni, boiled
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream corn (15 oz.)
- 1 can tomato sauce (small)
- 1 box frozen peas
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 lg. can pitted olives (cut crosswise)
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Dash of paprika
- 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- Boil the macaroni and drain; set aside.
- Fry the hamburger, onions, and garlic. Drain the fat.
- Mix all the ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
- Top with a package of cheddar cheese. You may grate your own cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 – 45 minutes.
