Flaky Pie Crust
Crust for Double Crust Pie:
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. Crisco
- 1/4 c. cold water
1. Sift the flour and salt.
2. Cut in the Crisco.
3. Add the water and blend together.
4. Bake crust according to pie recipe.
