Easy Pie Crust

Pan Size: 9×13-inch pan
Baking Time: 12–15 minutes
Temperature: 400°

CRUST FOR A 9×13-INCH PAN:

• 3 c. flour
• 3 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 c. oil
• 4 tbsp. cold milk

1. Sift the flour, sugar, and salt together.
2. Combine the oil and milk.
3. Pour the liquid over the flour mixture and blend.
4. Shape into a 9×13-inch pan with fingers.
5. Bake at 400° for 12–15 minutes.
