Crabmeat Casserole
Baking Time: 40 minutes
Temperature: 325°
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 c. button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 round onion, chopped
- 5 slices bread, shredded
- 5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Ajinomoto
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake in a covered casserole dish at 325° for 40 minutes.
- Serve hot.
