Chicken Casserole
Temperature: 300°
Serves: 6-8 servings
- 6 – 8 whole chicken breasts
- 1 can Ortega green chili salsa
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. tortillas
- Bake chicken for 1 hour, covered. Debone chicken.
- Mix the soups, salsa and milk.
- Line buttered casserole with tortillas, then chicken, then soup mixture.
- Repeat for two more layers.
- Cheese on top.
- Place in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Bake at 300° for 1 – 1 1/2 hours.
