Extra Cheesy Lasagne
Pan Size: 9×13-inch pan
Baking Time: 30-45 minutes
Temperature: 350°
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans tomato sauce, 8 oz.
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles, boiled
- 1 c. cheddar cheese grated
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- Saute onion and garlic in hot oil.
- Add ground beef and brown.
- Add tomato sauce, water, and seasonings.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Oil baking dish and layer cooked noodles, beef mixture and cheese topping with the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes.
NOTE: Entire assembled dish may be frozen. Thaw 20 minutes before baking.
