Extra Cheesy Lasagne

Pan Size: 9×13-inch pan
Baking Time: 30-45 minutes
Temperature: 350°

  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans tomato sauce, 8 oz.
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 8 oz. lasagne noodles, boiled
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  1. Saute onion and garlic in hot oil.
  2. Add ground beef and brown.
  3. Add tomato sauce, water, and seasonings.
  4. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Oil baking dish and layer cooked noodles, beef mixture and cheese topping with the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes.

NOTE: Entire assembled dish may be frozen. Thaw 20 minutes before baking.
