Yummy Apple and Caramel Dip

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 18 oz. tub of “T. Marsetti’s Caramel Apple Dip”
  • 4 Granny Smith or Pippin (green) apples
  • 2 Heath or Skor Candy Bars
  • 12 oz. Sprite or lemon drink

Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar. Spread mixture in center of a large shallow serving dish, leaving room for apple slices. Spread caramel over cream cheese mixture, usually 2/3 of tub is sufficient. Smash candy bars until crumbly. Spread candy over caramel layer. Cut the apples into 1/4-inch slices. Dip apples into Sprite to keep them from turning brown. Arrange the apples around the dip.
