Tuna Loaf
- 1 can tuna (6½ oz.)
- 1 small onion (chopped fine)
- 1 box frozen peas (thawed)
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ajinomoto
- 1¼ cups milk
- ¼ cup cream of wheat
- Rice Krispies
- Dash of pepper
Beat the egg and add milk. Add cream of wheat to mixture and let it stand. Meanwhile, mix tuna, ajinomoto, salt, pepper, onion and peas. Combine with egg mixture and pour into greased loaf pan. Top with rice krispies. Bake for 1 hour. Serve plain or with cream of mushroom sauce.
