Fish Roll

  • 1 lb. ground oio fish
  • Salt
  • Water chestnuts (about 4 or 5, chopped fine)
  • black pepper
  • 2 slices luncheon meat or ham
  • Green onions or chopped parsley
  • Ajinomoto
  • Square sheet of fried eggs

Mix all the above ingredients and spread over the fried eggs, that have been fried and shaped into a square. Roll like maki sushi, sealing with beaten egg. Steam, bake or fry.
