Fish Roll
- 1 lb. ground oio fish
- Salt
- Water chestnuts (about 4 or 5, chopped fine)
- black pepper
- 2 slices luncheon meat or ham
- Green onions or chopped parsley
- Ajinomoto
- Square sheet of fried eggs
Mix all the above ingredients and spread over the fried eggs, that have been fried and shaped into a square. Roll like maki sushi, sealing with beaten egg. Steam, bake or fry.
