Teri Chicken Wings
- 3-1/2 lbs. chicken wings
- 4 T flour
- 8 T cornstarch
- 1-1/2 T salt (if overnight – 1T; if hours – 1-1/2 T)
- 5 tsp. shoyu
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 4 T sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
Soak 2-1/2 – 3 hours or overnight. Deep fry for color or bake in oven 375º for 12-20 minutes.
