Teri Fried Chicken
- 3 1/2 lb. chicken wings
- 4 T flour
- 8 T cornstarch
- 4 T sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 T sesame seed
- 5 T shoyu
- 1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
- 2 stalks green onion (chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
Mix ingredients and soak for approximately one hour or longer. Fry in oil.
