Taegu
- 2 pkg. shredded codfish (8 oz. pkg.)
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 tsp. aji
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
Soak codfish about 5 minutes. Rinse and drain in colander. Mix dry ingredients, then add to other ingredients and mix well. Add codfish a little at a time and coat evenly. Put in jars and let stand 24 hours. Refrigerate.
