5 Minute Shrimp Curry

  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can (10 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and deveined
  • 1/2 c. cooked peas

Cook onions, garlic and curry powder in butter until onion is tender. Stir in soup, milk, shrimp and peas. Cook over low heat about 5 minutes. Stir now and then.
