Steamed Mullet

  • 3 small mullet

Lay 3 mullets in a bowl and pour 1/4 c. heated salad oil evenly over fish. Add 1/4 c. shoyu, crushed ginger and 1 chung choi, chopped fine. Sprinkle 3 stalks of green onions, chopped fine, and steam for 25 minutes.
