Taegu

  • 1 lb. codfish, dried and shredded
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds
  • Dash of Ajinomoto
  1. Rinse codfish and let stand in water just until codfish softens – about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and dry with paper towel.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and add to the codfish.
  4. Keep in tightly covered jar.
