Squid Pupu
- 1 lb. squid, cooked
- 1 tsp. salad oil
- 2 med. onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. Dashinomoto
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- Cut cooked squid into thin-crosswise slices.
- In a skillet, heat oil and add squid and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add in onions and cook until onions are clear.
- Stir in dashinomoto and soy sauce; heat thoroughly.
- Serve hot or cold.
- This recipe will yield 6 servings.
