Squid Pupu

  • 1 lb. squid, cooked
  • 1 tsp. salad oil
  • 2 med. onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Dashinomoto
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  1. Cut cooked squid into thin-crosswise slices.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil and add squid and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add in onions and cook until onions are clear.
  4. Stir in dashinomoto and soy sauce; heat thoroughly.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
  6. This recipe will yield 6 servings.
