Pupu Wings
- 4 lbs. chicken drummettes or wings
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- Oil for frying
Dipping Sauce:
- 1/2 c. shoyu
- 6 tbsp. sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 stalk green onion, minced
- 1 chili pepper, minced
- Combine salt and flour.
- Coat chicken drummettes or wings with mixture.
- Fry in oil until cooked.
- Dip chicken while still hot into dipping sauce and arrange on a serving platter.
NOTE: Delicious served hot or cold!
