Sweet Sour Chicken
- 5 lbs. chicken thighs cut in half
Salt, pepper, aji, flour joints. Deep fry until brown.
Shoyu sauce:
- ½ cup shoyu
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
Cook chicken with sauce for ½-1 hour over low heat. Pineapple chunks or bell peppers optional.
