Steamed Fish
- 1/3 c. chung choi, chopped
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Dash of Ajinomoto
- Dash of pepper
- 3 stalks green onions, chopped (save some for garnishing)
- 1 tbsp. Hawaiian salt
- 2-3 lbs. fish
- Mix thoroughly: chung choi, soy sauce, oil, sugar, Ajinomoto, and pepper.
- Add half of the chopped onions to sauce.
- Sprinkle Hawaiian salt into the stomach of the fish and on the outside of the fish.
- Pour sauce mixture on fish.
- Steam for 10 minutes
- Add the rest of the green onions on the fish just before serving.
