Shrimp Supreme

  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Flour
  • 1-1/2 cups Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8 tablespoons Catsup
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • Dash of Red Pepper
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 pounds Shrimp, cooked

Melt butter in a sauce pan and add flour, stirring constantly. Slowly add the milk while stirring to make a thick cream sauce. Add Worcestershire sauce, catsup, bay leaf, red pepper, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked shrimp and continue cooking until shrimp gets hot.
