Shrimp Curry

- ¼ c dried shrimps
- 1 lb fresh shrimps
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 2 med. carrots, chopped in cubes
- 2 med. potatoes, chopped in cubes
- 3 c water
- 1 No. 2 can peas
- 2 T curry powder
- ½ c undiluted evap. milk
- dash of tumeric
- salt
Fry dried shrimps in little oil, until brown. Then add fresh shrimps and onion until nicely browned. Add 3 cups water, then add potato and carrots, cook until done. Add curry, tumeric, salt and milk. Add peas and thicken with flour paste.
