Shoyu Pork Cooked in a Crock-pot
- 4 to 5 pounds Pork Butt
- 1 cup Shoyu
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 2 tablespoons White Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Coleman Mustard
Mix all ingredients together and put into a crock-pot. Add pork butt. Cook on high for 8 hours.
