Guava Chicken
- 10 pounds Chicken Thighs
Marinade:
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 cup Shoyu
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 can (12 ounce) Guava Juice Concentrate
Put chicken in a dish. Combine marinade ingredients and mix well. Pour over chicken and marinate overnight.
Chicken can be baked, grilled or pan fried according to your taste.
