Rice Krispies Cookies
Baking Time: 15 minutes
Temperature: 325°
Yields: 100 cookies
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. quick quaker oatmeal
- 2 c. rice krispies
1. Cream butter and sugars.
2. Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
3. Sift dry ingredients and add to above mixture.
4. Add vanilla.
5. Add oatmeal and rice krispies.
6. Drop by teaspoonfuls and flatten on greased cookie sheets.
7. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
NOTE: You may use 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. margarine in place of the 1 c. butter.
