Cheese Puffs
Baking Time: 10-15 minutes
Temperature: 350°
Yields: 12 puffs
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. American cheese, finely grated
- 1/4 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- Dash of dry mustard
- 1 egg white, stiffly beaten
- 12 toast rounds or squares, (approximate)
- Combine mayonnaise, cheese, Worchestershire sauce and mustard.
- Fold into beaten egg white.
- Lightly spoon onto toasted rounds or squares.
- Place on ungreased cooky sheet.
- Bake at 350° (moderate) oven for 10-15 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
- Serve hot!
