Pot Roast Pork (Okinawa style)
- 10 lbs. pork
- 4 cups shoyu
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 3 tbsp. salt
- 2½ to 2¼ cups brown sugar
- Ajinomoto, ginger, garlic
Combine the above ingredients. Put pork into the mixture and cook for about 1 to 1½ hours at medium heat until mixture boils. Then on low heat cook pork until done.
