Pot Roast Pork (Okinawa style)

  • 10 lbs. pork
  • 4 cups shoyu
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. salt
  • 2½ to 2¼ cups brown sugar
  • Ajinomoto, ginger, garlic

Combine the above ingredients. Put pork into the mixture and cook for about 1 to 1½ hours at medium heat until mixture boils. Then on low heat cook pork until done.
