Nachos
- 2 oz. natural cheddar cheese
- 24 taco-flavored tortilla chips
- 1/2 c. refried beans OR canned bean dip
- 1 chili pepper (mild) diced
- Cut cheese into 24 pieces, each measuring 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/8 inch.
- Arrange tortilla chips on baking sheets.
- Place a teaspoon of beans in center of each chip, then a piece of cheese.
- Top with a piece of chili pepper.
- Broil 4 inches from heat until cheese begins to melt, 1 to 3 minutes.
