Kamaboko Dip

  • 1 Kamaboko (fishcake)
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 5 pieces of water chestnuts (optional)
  • Ritz crackers
  1. Grate the kamaboko.
  2. Mix together the chopped green onions, grated kamaboko, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. (water chestnuts are optional).
  3. Serve on the Ritz crackers.
