Mayonnaise Chicken

  • 1 fryer, cut up
  • 1 Tbsp. rock salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Season chicken pieces and let stand for about 15 minutes. Rub the mayonnaise well into the chicken pieces, line them on greased* aluminum foil (double thickness) and bake in 350 degree oven about 40 minutes or until done, turning once.
*(Brush aluminum foil with cooking oil.)
