Macadamia-Cornflakes Cookies
Baking Time: 15-20 minutes
Temperature: 325° – 350°
- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 5 1/4 c. flour
- 3 c. cornflakes, (semi crushed)
- 1 1/2 c. macadamia nuts, chopped
- Cream the butter and margarine with the sugar.
- Add the vanilla.
- Add the flour and mix well.
- Add the cornflakes and beat well.
- Add the macadamia nuts.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.
- Press down cookies.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 325°-350°.
NOTE: Makes a whole bunch of cookies. Very good for giving away at Christmas.
