Lasagna

  • 8 oz. cooked lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Cook together for sauce:

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce with mushroom
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (2 1/2) can stewed tomato
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Arrange in buttered baking dish. A layer of cooked lasagna noodle on the side and bottom, a layer of meat sauce and a layer of sprinkled cheese. Repeat the above layers until all ingredients are used, ending with noodles. Top with sauce and grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
