Fish and Steak Casserole

  • 1 lb. ground round or ground chuck
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can tuna or 1/2 c. leftover flaked fish
  • 1/4 c. canned milk
  • 1 c. onion, leftover vegetables, corn pimento, green pepper, celery

Line 9 – 10 inch glass pie pan with ground meat. Build up sides 1/4 inch above pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Beat eggs until light; add milk, tuna and vegetables; beat more by hand and pour in pan. Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until custard is set.
