Juicy Rich Meat Balls

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c uncooked Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned)
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2/3 c tomato juice
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into balls. Roll in flour, brown in hot fat. Add tomato sauce, simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
