Hamburger With Carrots

Mrs. Yukie Takae – Haina

  • ½ lb. ground meat
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 tsp chopped onion
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c grated carrot

Mix ingredients together. Shape into patties about ½” thick. Fry in oiled pan until both sides are brown. Serve with ketchup. Serves 3.
