Beef Niblets
Mrs. D. Sumimoto – Ohea
- 1/2 lb. chopped beef (cubes)
- ¼ lb. beans
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 large onion
- 1 can peas or corn
- 2 T shoyu
- 2 T butter
Thickening:
- 2 T flour
- ¼ C. water
Fry meat till brown. Add 2 cups water and simmer till tender. Add chopped vegetables and cook until done. Add corn or peas, shoyu, butter and thicken with flour and water.
