Beef Niblets

Mrs. D. Sumimoto – Ohea

  • 1/2 lb. chopped beef (cubes)
  • ¼ lb. beans
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can peas or corn
  • 2 T shoyu
  • 2 T butter

Thickening:

  • 2 T flour
  • ¼ C. water

Fry meat till brown. Add 2 cups water and simmer till tender. Add chopped vegetables and cook until done. Add corn or peas, shoyu, butter and thicken with flour and water.
