Island Holiday Pie

- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Topping:
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2-4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix well (do not beat). Pour into prepared crust and add topping. Refrigerate at least one hour.
