Hoof and Hook Round-Ups
- 1 6 1/4 oz. Japanese stick kamaboko
- 1 12 oz. can Spam
- 1 pkg. wun tun wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Slice kamaboko (fishcake) off the stick.
- Cut kamaboko and Spam into 1/4-inch by 2-inch pieces.
- Place kamaboko and Spam sticks in the center of the wrapper and seal flaps together with water.
- Fry in heated oil until brown.
- Serve hot with shoyu and mustard.
