Hoof and Hook Round-Ups

  • 1 6 1/4 oz. Japanese stick kamaboko
  • 1 12 oz. can Spam
  • 1 pkg. wun tun wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  1. Slice kamaboko (fishcake) off the stick.
  2. Cut kamaboko and Spam into 1/4-inch by 2-inch pieces.
  3. Place kamaboko and Spam sticks in the center of the wrapper and seal flaps together with water.
  4. Fry in heated oil until brown.
  5. Serve hot with shoyu and mustard.
