Ono Fishcake Maki

  • 1 pkg. nori
  • 1 lb. surimi (fishcake mix)
  • 1/4 c. tofu curds, squeeze tofu in cheese cloth
  • 1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. carrots, grated
  • 1 egg
  1. Mix surimi, tofu curds, water chestnuts, green onions, carrots, and egg.
  2. Place mixture on a nori sheet and roll like you would a small maki sushi.
  3. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Cut and serve.
