Ono Fishcake Maki
- 1 pkg. nori
- 1 lb. surimi (fishcake mix)
- 1/4 c. tofu curds, squeeze tofu in cheese cloth
- 1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. carrots, grated
- 1 egg
- Mix surimi, tofu curds, water chestnuts, green onions, carrots, and egg.
- Place mixture on a nori sheet and roll like you would a small maki sushi.
- Steam for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut and serve.
